Healthy Spuds! Not only are potatoes a staple part of our diets, but they are a great source of Vitamin C and Vitamin B3 (Niacin), as well as copper and phosphorus.

It may also surprise you that spuds can help you lose weight as part of a healthy diet. Boiled, baked or mashed they can be a great accompaniment for most meals and are healthy too - as long as they're not dripping with butter!
